Julie has been working in the fitness industry for over 8 years. A mother to three children, Julie begin her fitness career as a Fit 4 Mom® franchise owner and coach where she specialized in pre and post natal fitness. Julie's background also includes group fitness certifications in Spinning®, kickboxing, and just like coach Piper mentioned, Julie has some very impressive handstand skills.
An ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified group exercise instructor, Piper is seldom seen sitting still. A former national master trainer with team Bosu, Piper has also enjoyed instructing everything from Yoga, kickboxing and Spinning to Latin, ballroom and Country-line dancing for the likes of Arthur Murray and Fred Astaire dance studios. The former owner/operator of Supergym of Jackson and The Action Room of Howell, Piper is very excited to take on the role of head coach at OTF Middletown and to continue to share his passion for fitness and health with others. These days he runs more with his four huskies and less with the Jersey Shore Running Club, but hopes that will change. He alternates between being the world's best vegetarian and the world's worst vegan on any given day and hopes that will change as well. His fitness goal is to do handstands like coach Julie. He has more comic books than you do.
